I’ve ordered from chantelle a few times now, and I’ve been really happy with the quality. The fabric feels soft, but it also feels sturdy, so it doesn’t come across as thin or cheaply made.
The bras have held their shape after a lot of washes, which matters most to me. Because the material is stronger, I haven’t had issues with loose threads, stretching, or anything getting misshapen so far.
They’re not the cheapest option, but since they last longer than other bras I’ve bought, they feel worth it to me. I’m happy with my order and would definitely buy again.

I had an issue with my order because I chose the wrong size and didn’t realize until after I’d already paid. I’ll admit I felt a bit misled by the sizing info on the site, since it made it seem like the fit would be different than it actually was. I emailed customer service expecting it to be a hassle, but they got back to me quickly.

The woman who helped me was friendly and sorted everything out without making it complicated. The return went smoothly too, and my refund showed up when they said it would. So overall, the customer service was really helpful, even if the buying experience itself left me a little unsure at first...

I really like the styles, simple, cute, and classy without feeling over the top. It did take me a little while to figure out the right size, but once I did, I was happy with the fit. Overall, it’s comfy and looks nice, and I’d definitely come back for more pieces.

I had to return a bra because the size wasn’t right, and the return process on Chantelle was simple. The instructions were clear and I got the return label without any hassle. The refund took about a week to show up, which wasn’t terrible, but I do wish it was quicker. Customer service did reply to my email, so that was good. Overall it was a decent experience, but if refunds start taking much longer, I’d probably think twice about ordering again

I ordered this last week i was already getting impatient waiting for the tracking to move, but it ended up arriving faster than I thought. Packaging was fine, nothing damaged, and the tracking updated decently enough.

I just ordered my normal size and it fit like I expected. Not sure how it runs for everyone else, but for me it was true to size
